How does it work?
- After your order is confirmed it is packed and shipped on the same day or within 24 hours of you placing the order.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with shipment details and a tracking ID.
- Your order should reach you within 7 working days under normal circumstances.
- Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be escalated to the support team email@example.com 24 hrs of the product received by the customer.
How to return a purchased item?We’re sure you’ll never want to return a Pure Sense product except in an unfortunate event that the product you’ve received is damaged/wrong. In such a case: Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Simply contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and attach a photo of the invoice & product to be returned.
- We will respond to your email within 24 hours and arrange to ship a freshly packed order to you as we intended the first time.
Incase your do not want that product anymore:Prepaid orders: We will refund the order value via the payment gateway. Refund Policy Refunds are provided for PREPAID orders only.
- Your refund will be initiated within 3 working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
- Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund.
- Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.
How to cancel an order?
- In case you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped from our warehouse, simply drop an email to email@example.com to let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.
- If you’ve pre-paid, we’ll refund the amount to you within 7 business days of us receiving your cancellation request.
